Cancellation / Refund Policy

Classroom course reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty with a minimum of ten days advance notice.

Classroom course reservations cancelled or rescheduled with at least three days advance notice, but less than ten days, will be charged a 17% ‘short-notice’ fee.  

Any cancellations or requests to reschedule a classroom course with less than three full days (72 hours) advance notice will receive no refund.

Extremely unlikely, but if a class is cancelled by Project Road Training after a paid reservation has been made, a full refund will be granted as quickly as possible.

Refunds may be made by reversing credit card charges.  At Project Road Training’s discretion, a check may be mailed to the requestor instead.

Cancellation notices must be made in writing by sending an email to, with Subject line “Cancellation”

The email receipt time stamp will be used in the application of this cancellation / refund policy.
