Cancellation / Refund Policy

Classroom course reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled with just a $50 ‘cancellation fee’, with a minimum of ten days advance notice.

Classroom course reservations cancelled or rescheduled with at least three days advance notice, but less than ten days, will be charged a 17% ‘short-notice cancellation fee’.  

Any cancellations or requests to reschedule a classroom course with less than three full days (72 hours) advance notice will incur a 40% ‘last-minute cancellation fee’.

Extremely unlikely, but if a class is cancelled by Project Road Training after a paid reservation has been made, a full refund will be granted as quickly as possible.

Refunds may be made by reversing credit card charges.  At Project Road Training’s discretion, a check may be mailed to the requestor instead.

To Cancel:

Cancellation notices must be made in writing by sending an email to bill@project-road.com, with Subject line “Cancellation”. The email receipt time stamp will be used in the application of this cancellation / refund policy.
